| | Wade Crosby was born in Iowa on Aug. 22, 1905. Crosby moved to Los Angeles in 1928 and worked as an artist-director for Paramount Theater until the mid-1930s. For 40 years he then was a freelance actor with the motion picture studios. He died in Newport Beach, CA on Oct. 2, 1975. | Source:
