|
Michael Charron is a plein-air painter and his work represents to him the
junction of art and the out-of-doors, the two enduring loves of his
life. He often seeks out remote settings, and eccentrically uses four
pet llamas as his pack animals to carry his supplies. All his small
paintings are created on site, and all his large studio paintings are
based on sketches done in nature.
Interestingly Charron lays down a prayer in the gesso of all his studio
paintings b (showing 500 of 4081 characters). |
