Eureka, California resident Kathy O’Leary began her art career in the early sixties with degrees in Fine Art from Foothill College and San Jose State University. While attending San Jose State, she also obtained a degree in Commercial Illustration.
After graduation O’Leary put her skills to use in the field of commercial art, but eventually found herself disillusioned with the business side and out of art altogether.
