| Ida Eunice Jolley was born in Iowa on July 4, 1870. Ida grew up in Monterey, CA. She had a brief art career before her marriage to farmer Samuel Hawkins. She was a resident of Los Angeles in 1900, San Bernardino in 1920, and Banning in 1930. She died in Riverside, CA on July 1, 1949.
