Xiao Lu was born in Hangzhou, finished the Attached High School to Central Academy of Fine Arts in 1984, and graduated from Oil Painting Department of Zhejiang Academy of Fine Arts, now living in Beijing.
The exhibitions she has participated in include: “Chinese Modern Art Exhibition” (China Art Gallery, Beijing) in 1989; “The Emperor’s New Clothes” (Irving Gallery, Sidney, Australia) in 1992; “Transformation and Breakthrough: Chinese New Art”, itinerantly exhibited at New York, San Fran (showing 500 of 1311 characters). |
