Artist Statement:
"We live in an abstract time in which most things are abbreviated into
smaller versions of what they used to be. For example, instead of
saying "Kentucky Fried Chicken," we refer to it as "KFC." The same
ideology applies in modern art because art interacts with the speed of
our lives and also get its inspiration from society.
Instead of
painting the whole figure or landscape, artists can break down the
subject matter into more simplistic ways of exp (showing 500 of 1743 characters). |
