| Mimi Stone was born in San Francisco, CA on Sept. 25, 1909. Stone studied at the CSFA and was active in the San Francisco art scene in 1932. In that year she married Seibert Sefton and soon moved across the bay. She died in Contra Costa County, CA on Dec. 20, 1995.
