| Katherine Wagner was born in San Francisco, CA on Sept. 19, 1908. Wagner studied at the CCAC (1936-38) and CSFA (1938-39). She then worked in San Francisco as a fabric designer while painting fine art in her leisure. In 1952 she married Frank Seineke and lived in Whittier for five years, Chicago for 13 years, Half Moon Bay for 17 years, and in 1989 moved to Napa, CA where she remained until her death on Nov. 10, 2001.
