| Born in Akron, Ohio in 1946, Lou Ann (Moon) Zimmerman is the daughter of artist Marc Moon (deceased). She studied with her father from the age of 10 and then continued her educations at Kent State University in Ohio. After marrying Matthew Zimmerman she continued painting and exhibiting in Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Colorado, Texas and finally Georgia as her husbands career took them to new communities. In 1990 they settled in the Augusta, Georgia area where her career in art has (showing 500 of 919 characters). |
