| Paul G. Babcock was born in Oklahoma on July 15, 1905. Babcock was in Oklahoma City in 1910 and Fort Worth, Texas in 1920. By 1930 he had settled in Los Angeles. During the Depression he was employed on the Federal Art Project. He died in Glendora, CA in February 2, 1976.
