Of the artist, he wrote: "I have recently acquired an estate painting by him, which will go to auction next week (America's Auction Network) and on the verso of the canvas there is a brief biography included. While it is far from conclusive, it should provide a basic foundation for the artist's education and awards.
F. Thomas Quigley (b. April 19th, 1928) born in Los Angeles,
California. He graduated from The University of Southern California,
East Los Angeles Jr. College and Alhambra Business College. Quigley was part of the U.S. Navy.
