Mirjana Zirdum was born in 1955 on the island of Krk, in Croatia. She graduated in 1977 from the Academy of Fine Arts in Sarajevo (today Bosnia). She studied under professors Percinlic, Tikvesa and Berber. She is a member of Croatian Association Of Art in cities of Rijeka and Zagreb. She currently lives and creates art in Malinska, Krk (island).
