Biography from Missoula Art Museum:
| Perry Haas grew up in the western suburbs of Chicago. He attended Waubonsee Community College where he found wood firing and learned about the process. Haas went on to earn his BFA in Ceramic at Utah State University in Logan.
He also studied in China at Jingdezhen Ceramics Institute in 2007 and recently visited South Korea and studied with Hun Chung Lee in 2010.
Haas lives and works in Missoula, Montana. |
