Artist Statement
From Dublin Ireland, I began painting at the age of 14, experimenting with a variety of media. I quickly gravitated to oils as a preferred medium for conveying scenes with strong luminosity and chiarascuro. In addition to my still life work, I have provided portrait illustrations for a number of books and pencil drawings for Universities and various other institutions.
Presently I exhibit in Galleries in Ireland and the UK and my work is held in private coll (showing 500 of 2729 characters). |
