| The following information is from Robert Orfant, who wrote: This information was obtained from the personal papers of the artist and
her parents that I purchased along with 15 bas reliefs. In looking
through the artist's report cards I discovered that in high school she
is listed as "Helen Christina Meade", but when she went to art school it
appears that she dropped her first name. Some of the documents referred
to her as "H. Christina Meade" and at other times just "Christina Meade".
