| Carleton T. Williams was born in Tennessee on September 14, 1915. Williams was a resident of San Francisco in the 1930s and employed on the Federal Art Project.
He died in Napa, California on August 11, 1993.
Exhibited: Painters & Sculptors of Los Angeles, 1938; San Francisco Art Ass’n, 1939.
