A member of The Sisters of St. Joseph, Sister Marie-Teresa, whose secular name was Frances Mackey, was a resident nun of the Holy Angels in Richfield, Minnesota in the 1930s and 40s. She had previously chaired the Art Department at the College of St. Catherine in St. Paul, and as one of the founders of the college in 1904-1905, her self portrait is a part of the Colleges collection of art depicting the founders. Previous to that she had been an instructor at St. Agatha's Conservatory of Music an (showing 500 of 2051 characters).
