Perrenoud, a graduate of the UP School of Fine Arts, studied under Fabian de la Rosa, Teodoro Buenaventura and Fernando Amorsolo, the styles of whom inevitably influenced his artistic works.

Eduardo Perrenoud (1913) was born in Sampaloc Manila. Studied Bachelor of Fine Arts in UP in 1936 under mentors Fabian de la Rosa, Ramon Peralta, Teodoro Buenaventura, and Fernando Amorsolo. His first one-man show is in Philamlife in 1967. He co-founded the Talahib Art group, had a retrospective at Gallery One, including works from the collection of Marinduque writing. Worked at Cauillian Painting Shop, Parlatone film Studio, and Great Wall Advertising.
