| Ben Blinstrub studied at the School of the Art Institute of Chicago at the turn of the 20th century. In Chicago, he became one of Chicago's most active antiques dealers and appraisors.
He also did drawings that are in Chinese ink with brush or bamboo pen, conte crayon, charcoal, or pencil.
Thousands of drawings exist, mainly portraits of people seen in daily life, some are landscapes of northern Mexico desert country. |
