Bill Beckley (1946 - )
Beckley's paintings, like rainbows, are illusions to make wishes on and dreams to pursue. Beckley is continuously experimenting with various media. He has been associated internationally with "Story Art", "Conceptual Art" and "Photo-Narrative Art".
