Biography from Butler Institute of American Art:

Painter, Draftsman

Born in Philadelphia on November 14, 1924. Studied at Eastern Tennessee University, Tyler School of Fine Arts as well as with Benton Spruance.

His work is in Munson-Williams-Proctor Institute, the Carnegie Institute and Santa Barbara Museum of Art.

Exhibited at Pennsylvania Academy of Fine Arts Regional and one-man shows at Panoras Gallery and Miami Museum of Modern Art.

He has been president of Group 55, Philadelphia Abstract Artists.
