| Reportedly born in Prussia, Charles Bock became a painter who spent time in Dallas (1909) and Manvel, (1926) Texas. About 1908, he was part of a summer sketching class of Texas artist, Frank Reaugh and that same year, exhibited painting at the Texas State Fair. He was a member of the Dallas Artist League.
Bock studied at the Art Institute of Chicago and his work is held by the Dallas Public Library.
