 The following information was submitted by Philip Petrasek, October, 2005:
Born in 1949, Davide Benati gained his early art training at the
Academy of Brera in Milan. Today David is in the titular of the
Painting Chair at that same academy.
His true art exposure gained notoriety in 1972. The 70’s were years of
searches and experimentations. The years of the 80’s become a time of
rich and personal extension. In 1982 David was invited to a major
exhibit of his works in Venice, where he returned subsequently in 1990.
Davide Benati continues to live and work at his gallery in Milan. |
