| | Born and raised in Valencia, Spain, he came to America in 1960 and studied at the School of the Boston Museum of Fine Arts. He became an instructor there in 1967. He said that the two greatest influences in his career were his Catholic upbringing and his immersion in the New York school of abstraction. He uses a wide range of mediums to convey his subject matter in which he brings together supernatural elements. |
