| | Born in Mankato, MN on April 27, 1866. Evangeline was the daughter of artist Adeline Ballou. She moved to San Francisco with her family in 1870. By the 1880s she was active in the local art scene and had wed sculptor Frank Happersburger. She died on March 2, 1930. Her rare works include floral still lifes. Exh: Mechanics' Inst.
