A resident of Los Angeles, she was a landscape and still life painter who studied at the Los Angeles Art School with Arthur Hill Gilbert, Paul Lauritz, and Millard Sheets. She was a member of the California Art Club.

Biography from Crocker Art Museum Store:
Painter. Born in Los Angeles, CA on Oct. 19, 1889.

Bloser studied at the Los Angeles Art School, with Arthur Hill Gilbert, Paul Lauritz, Millard Sheets, and A. ft Martinez. Although she painted landscapes and still lifes, adobes were her favorite subject.

She was active in southern California until her death in Los Angeles on Sept. 20, 1935.
