| Born in Massachusetts on June 16, 1865. By 1900 Brackett had settled in Los Angeles and was a member of the first faculty at Pomona College. He later taught at UCLA into the 1930s. He died there on September 3, 1951.
Exhibited: Alaska-Yukon Exposition (Seattle), 1909.
