| Bland was born in Manhattan, Kansas on June 9, 1903 and died in Denver, Colorado on July 26, 1994. Studied at the Kansas City Art Institute, the Wicker School of Fine Art in Detroit, MI, and the Federal School of Art in Minneapolis, MN. Lived in Detroit, MI in 1953.
Member: American Advertising Artists & Illustrators.
