| | Born in London, England in 1865. Georgina and her sister, Marie, immigrated to San Francisco in 1895. The sisters soon became pupils and close friends of Wm Keith. (chapter 30 of the Keith biography by Brother Cornelius is devoted to them.) Georgina returned to London in 1911 and became sought after as a portraitist. Two of her paintings were purchased by the National Portrait Gallery before her death in London in January 1949. | Source:
