| | Primarily an art historian and administrator, Hugh Broadley was curator of art collections at the National Gallery of Art in Washington DC from 1954 to 1961. He then moved to Arizona, where he served briefly, 1967 to 1969, as Director of the Phoenix Art Museum. From 1969 to 1988, he was a professor of art at Arizona State University in Tempe. |
