Artist John Burton is a graduate of Arizona State University and the Academy of Art in San Francisco. The artist won the top award at the 2003 Oil Painters of America show and competition in Taos, New Mexico and an award of excellence at the 2004 show.
Burton was born in Salt Lake City, Utah but moved to Los Altos, California at the age of two. Burton always wanted to be an artist and when he was in fifth grade he broke his back and spent his recovery drawing and sketching. He attended Ar (showing 500 of 1552 characters). |
