| | Born in Los Angeles, CA in 1883. During 1901-13 Bishop studied in San Francisco at the Mark Hopkins Art Institute under Arthur Mathews and with Will Sparks. By 1920 she was a drawing teacher in the public schools there. She died in San Francisco on June 22, 1933. Her work includes still lifes, landscapes, portraits, and scenes of San Francisco.
