| Margaret Griebenow Bode was born in Withee, Wisconsin on January 13, 1909. Margaret Griebenow studied at UCLA (1929-32) and then remained in southern California as a resident of Sierra Madre and Altadena. During the 1930s she was active in the local art scene and about 1935 married a man named Bode. She died in Sequim, WA on February 10, 2007.
Exhibited: Sierra Madre City Hall, 1930; California Watercolor Society, 1931-36.
