Marvin Bileck was born in Passaic, New Jersey in 1920. He is a graduate of the Cooper Union School of Art in New York City and did additional study at the London School of Architecture and Columbia University. Bileck received a Fullbright Fellowship to France where he continued his studies in the Cabinet des Dessins at the Louvre Museum while working in the printing ateliers of Lacouriere and Desjouibert.
His work has been widely represented in gallery exhibitions including A.I.R. Gallery (showing 500 of 1535 characters). |
