| The following is from Brigitte March Gallery:
Myra Brooklyn, was born 1943 in New York and is still based there. She studied at F.I.T and Art Students League, N.Y., moved to Munich, Germany and studied there at Akademie der Bildenden Künste Munich as a student of the artist R. Jakobson.
Her work was shown all over Europe and United States in museums such as Brooklyn Museum, New York; Nordjyllands Kunstmuseum Aalborg, Denmark; Kunstverein Munich; Rutgers University; Künstlerwerkstätten Lohtringerstrasse 13 in Munich; Brigitte March Galerie Stuttgart; Women in the Arts, New York;Städt. Galerie Fellbach, Germany and others.
