Painter and watercolorist from the Piemontese region of Italy, the artist was born in Turin, Italy on January 31, 1848
He was a student of the Academie Albertina. and then moved to America in 1890 and established himself there as a painter.
Blanchi comes from a very strong tradition of detailed watercolor painting which the Italian school is celebrated for. |
