| | Born in Ohio on Oct. 22, 1843. With her English parents, Priscilla came to California with the Gold Rush in 1855. Settling in San Francisco, she soon married James Biddick and established a home at 1024 Guerrero Street where she remained until her demise on Aug. 8, 1919.
