|  Ralph Candido Bacerra was born in Garden Grove, CA on Jan. 23, 1938. Bacerra studied at Chouinard Art Institute and was chairman of the ceramics departmet at that school from 1963-71. He held the same position at Otis Art Institute from 1983-97. He died at his home in Eagle Rock, CA on June 10, 2008.
Works held: Arizona State University; Long Beach Museum; Los Angeles County Museum of Art; Oakland Museum; Wichita Museum; DeYoung Museum; Smithsonian Inst.
