This biography from the Archives of AskART:
Rudolph Bundas, a resident of Seattle, Washington, was a commercial artist who also painted portraits and landscapes in watercolor and oil. He studied at the Cleveland Art Institute; Western Reserve University; and on art fellowships in Europe.  He taught art at Seattle University.

He was a member of the Annie Wright Seminary in Tacoma, Washington; Puget Sound of North West Painters; and the North West Watercolor Society.  He exhibited widely since 1933, and won  numerous awards.
