| Born in St. Louis, Missouri, Thomas Blow, known primarily for graphics, remained a resident in that city. He studied at the School of Fine Arts in St. Louis and at the Breckenridge Summer School of Art. He was a member of the St. Louis Art Guild and exhibited at the St. Louis Art League in 1926.
