| Victoria K Bell began her career in the arts as an actress but, was always drawn to the visual arts. She studied at the California Art Institute near her home in Encino, California.
Victoria K Bell uses photographs from the 20s, 30s and 40s to help her tell a compelling narrative with her painting. While she credits her studies in art for improving her drawing and painting skills, she relies on her talents as an actor to help her interpret the images into a story she can tell the viewer.
