| Born in Gloucester, MA on Jan. 1, 1861, Alice was the wife of Frank Comins. She moved to Carmel, CA in 1918 and became active in the local art scene. She appears to have divided her time between Boston and the Monterey Peninsula until her death on the latter on Dec. 28, 1943.
