|  Born in New York City, Arthur Cohen studied at Cooper Union from 1948 to 1950 and then at the Art Students League with Edwin Dickinson. He has been a member of the Provincetown, Massachusetts Art Association and the National Academy of Design in New York City where he has lived. |
