Biography from Oregon State University Memorial Union:
| Claudia Cave''s paintings have been exhibited in numerous solo and group exhibitions in galleries and museums throughout the United States, including the Alternative Museum in New York City, the Seattle Art Museum in Seattle, Washington, the Cheney Cowles Museum in Spokane, Washington and the Portland Art Museum in Portland, Oregon.
In addition, her work is in public and corporate collection, including the Microsoft art collection is Seattle, Washington; the "Visual Chronicle of Portland"; collection in Portland, Oregon; the Science Complex public art collection at the University of Oregon in Eugene, Oregon; and the "Portable Works" collection in Seattle, Washington.
The work of Ms. Cave has been reviewed in numerous periodicals including, Northwest Magazine, the Oregonian newspaper, and Oregon Magazine. Claudia Cave was born in Salem, Oregon, in 1951. She received a degree in art education from Western Oregon University in Monmouth, Oregon and a MFA from the University of Idaho, in Moscow, Idaho.
