| | Born in Richmond, CA on Feb. 28, 1919. Conger was just blossoming as an artist when his art career was interrupted by WWII. Following discharge from the Army, he was a commercial artist at McClellan Air Force Base near Sacramento. Retired since 1981, he continues to paint at his home there. Member: Kingsley Art Club.
