| Born in Venice, Italy on March 1, 1876 into a long line of artists. Cadorin won a medal while studying in Venice at Académie Royale des Beaux Arts. The King of Italy decorated him with Cross of Chevalier Officer of the Crown of Italy. After further art study in Paris, he came to the U.S. in 1915. He worked at Columbia University before moving to California in 1925 to teach drawing and sculpture at the Santa Barbara State Teachers College. During the 1940s he was a resident of San Francis (showing 500 of 1195 characters). |
