| The following biography is submitted by Gary Stanley. Source is Peter Falk, "Who Was Who in American Art" Jacques (Jack) R. Chesno resided and was an active in, New York, New York in the early 20th Century. Exact birth and death dates are not known. His works were exhibited at the Corcoran Gallery (1919), Pennsylvania Academy of Fine Art (1923), Society of Independent Artists (1918-23), the Salons of America (1934), and the National Academy of Design.
