| | Born in Iowa on Oct. 1, 1860. Condit was a teacher at the Cincinnati Art Academy in 1910. After settling in Los Angeles in 1916, he worked there as a scene painter while painting in his leisure. He remained in Los Angeles until his demise on Sept. 5, 1954. Member: LA Art League.
