| Louisa S. Cooper has painted and exhibited widely in Southern California including at major California Art Club and Laguna Plein air Painters events. She is known for her plein-air landscapes of Southern California, and her still-life works.
Cooper is a Signature Member of the Oil Painters of America, and an Artist Member of both the California Art Club and Laguna Plein Air Painters Association. She is also a member of the Women Artists of America, and is listed in the Women's Environmental Artist's directory.
