| Louisville, Kentucky artist, Mary Ann Currier, creates realistic paintings of simple still life compositions of fruit and vegetables using oil pastels.
Currier studied art at the Chicago Academy of Fine Arts and the Louisville School of Art where she taught for twenty years from 1962-1982.
Currier's painting, "Onions with Tomato" is in the collection of the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York City.
